Hi, welcome to my website. I'm Sophie Kain and best known as a candidate on series 3 of The Apprentice. During series 4 I will be having fun writing about each episode and watching the poor candidates going through the torture we endured, feel free to join in on the blog.

Since leaving 'The Apprentice' I have quit my job to launch my own innovation company, Prior Kain Ltd, which looks at providing information management and exploitation technologies to help people to view the worlds data on a 21inch screen. Prior Kain Ltd has also launched a new web venture entitled 'Toast and Trash' which is a service that allows people to comment openly on absolutely any product or service. I have also launched my own coaching company, Chilli Coaching, which offers one-to-one coaching in both personal and professional development, so visit our site if you are ready to make a positive change in your life. Along side Chilli Coaching I offer a motivational speaking service (see events) on innovation, leadership, management, social enterpise etc.

My friends would describe me as bubbly and fun, and in fact it has been said that I verge into the annoyingly high-spirited category. I clearly have my moments of intensity but I am definitely more light hearted and down to earth than the slightly sneery person that I come across as on screen. In fact, in the real business world I think that it is very rare you have to pull other people apart for self-preservation and this quite obviously didn't sit comfortably with me.
